Een duurzaam dorp
Vanaf 2023 hebben we besloten om een pad naar grotere duurzaamheid in te slaan, volgens de internationale standaard van de Global Sustainable Tourism Council.
Dit kader drijft ons aan om de duurzaamheid van de structuur niet alleen vanuit een milieuoogpunt, maar ook vanuit management-, sociaal-, economisch en cultureel oogpunt te beoordelen.
Bij Rosapineta Sud zetten we ons in voor continue verbetering van onze duurzaamheid, door een toename van positieve effecten en een vermindering van negatieve effecten die door onze activiteiten worden gegenereerd.
We select low-impact supplies: A4/A3 paper certified FSC/PEFC with Ecolabel, ecological pens in reception and single-use and biodegradable items in restaurants.
In laundry we use sustainable detergents with dosers to avoid waste.
We limit packaging and single-use items by dispensing water to reduce tap water consumption, invite people to reuse towels and provide reusable bottles and hot water for staff.
In het hart van het Po-Delta, waar de Po en Adige op de Adriatische Zee uitkomen, is water een hulpbron die moet worden beschermd.
We verminderen het verbruik met stralers in douches, doorvoerreduceerders op kranen en druppelirrigatie in groene gebieden — minder verspilling, hetzelfde comfort.
Met de partners van het dorp promoten we gastronomie met korte ketens: traditionele recepten bereid met lokale producten (mosselen van Scardovari, Adriatische vangst).
Het menu bevat ook vegetarische en veganistische opties. We ondersteunen ethische keuzes met gecertificeerde referenties, zoals de biologische koffie "La Riserva de Tierra Alteco" van Lavazza, met vier milieu- en fairtrade-certificeringen.
We enhance the heritage of the Po Delta by supporting the Rosolina Band – Philharmonic "Vincenzo Bellini" – and collaborating with local partners (Raffaello Navigation, Po Delta Service Consortium, IAT) for excursions and itineraries.
At the structure you will find brochures and digital guides to the main sites: Archaeological Museum of San Basilio and Adria, Bonificia Museum of Ca' Vendramin, Ocarina Museum and Cathedral Museum of Adria.
We care for the Po Delta with responsible visits and clear information: we set destination guidance lines, explain how to correctly interact with wildlife on site, collaborate with local guides, install refuges for animals (such as bat boxes) and support the WWF. We are implementing new projects with territorial associations to protect habitat and species over time.
